Paid Search Strategist
Salary: $3,200 USD per month
Schedule: Full time, U.S. PST hours
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Paid Search Strategist to manage high volume paid search and YouTube campaigns for a U.S. marketing agency. This role owns campaign execution from setup through optimization, budget management, reporting, and delivering actionable insights aligned to client KPIs.
This is a client facing role that requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across multiple accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high volume paid search and YouTube campaigns for multiple clients
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns
- Maintain campaign budgets and pacing against defined CPA and CPC goals
- Identify campaign risks and optimization opportunities
- Engage in initial planning and ongoing optimization of SEM campaigns
- Develop and deliver reporting with actionable insights
- Build strong internal and external relationships
= Participate in client discussions related to performance and results
- Ensure campaigns align with client goals and expectations
Required Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certifications
- Three plus years experience managing high volume paid search campaigns
- Experience managing CPA and CPC driven campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads and YouTube campaigns
- Client facing experience with strong verbal and written English
- Ability to extract actionable insights from analytics tools
- Self starter with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Success Indicators:
- Campaigns meet or improve CPA and CPC targets
- Budgets are paced accurately with no surprises
- Clear, actionable insights are delivered through reporting
- Clients understand performance and trust recommendations
- Minimal oversight required after ramp up
