JOB OVERVIEW

We’re building a tabletop card game brand and are looking for a Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence in an authentic, community-driven way.

This is not just a “posting graphics” role. We want someone who understands how to engage with people, join conversations, and help a brand grow from an early stage.

What you’ll be doing:
- Creating, scheduling, and managing social media content
- Engaging with relevant pages, creators, and communities (commenting, replying, joining discussions)
- Helping grow our accounts organically through consistent interaction
- Researching competitors and similar brands to spot trends and content ideas
- Contributing creative ideas for posts, reels, short-form videos, and captions
- Tracking basic performance (what works, what doesn’t, and why)

* Writing newsletters, blogs and email marketing

Platforms we care about:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Reddit
- Youtube

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal or client work is fine)
- Examples of accounts you’ve worked on and results you’ve helped achieve
- Strong written English and a natural, human tone (No Ai generated content)
- Someone comfortable engaging publicly on behalf of a brand
- Bonus if you enjoy or understand board games, card games, or gaming culture

Nice to have (not required):
- Experience growing early-stage or zero-to-one accounts
- Basic understanding of content analytics
- Interest in community-led brands rather than influencer-led marketing

If you’re someone who enjoys building communities, being creative, and growing brands organically, we’d love to hear from you.

** IN YOUR RESPONSE, PLEASE INCLUDE WHAT YOU WOULD DO TO HELP GROW THE BUSINESS ON SOCIAL MEDIA, HOW YOU WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND WHAT SKILLS YOU BRING TO THE TABLE (as well as your portfolio) **
