Content and Digital Marketing Assistant and Project Support Assistant (Remote)
Compensation
Starting rate is $3.50 per hour. Four hours per day, five days a week. $280/month
After 6 months, rate will be reviewed and may increase based on performance, reliability, and quality of work.

Daily overlap with US Pacific time for check ins and approvals
Work will be managed through Google Drive and Google Workspace
Primary Responsibilities
Content creation and social publishing
• Edit short form video for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and Stories, including captions and correct formatting
• Create engaging posts using simple motion, animation, and strong visual pacing
• Maintain a consistent posting calendar and publish on schedule
• Use a scheduling tool to post across multiple platforms
• Track basic performance and share what is working
Design and brand assets
• Design graphics in Canva, including templates, Stories, carousels, and post layouts
• Create podcast graphics and promotional assets as needed
• Maintain a simple brand kit so visuals stay consistent


Email, newsletter, and communication support
• Draft and send newsletters using Mailchimp
• Support inbox management and respond using approved templates and tone
• Support client communications and follow ups, escalating anything sensitive
• Keep files organized and easy to find inside Google Drive

Assistant and project task support
• Complete assigned tasks that support ongoing projects, including drafting documents, creating checklists, organizing files, and tracking next steps
• Maintain simple project trackers and status updates inside Google Drive
• Follow up on open items, deadlines, and approvals to keep work moving
• Pull quick research to evaluate new project ideas



Required Skills
• Strong eye for visual design and content
• Advanced Canva skills, including templates and consistent layout systems
• Short form video editing experience, including captions
• Comfort with social scheduling tools
• Strong writing for captions, emails, and newsletters
• Comfort working in Google Drive and Google Workspace

• Creative energy and enthusiasm for building new projects from scratch
• Interest in fashion, lifestyle, culture, and digital storytelling

What Success Looks Like
Week 2: Posting rhythm is consistent, templates are built, and Google Drive organization is clean
Month 1: Content pipeline runs smoothly with minimal back and forth and project tasks are completed on time
Month 2: Newsletter cadence is established, inbox support is reliable, and task tracking is consistent
Month 3 to 6: Quality and speed increase, and you contribute ideas that improve results and expand what we can launch
