Credit Repair Dispute Specialist (Full-Time)

Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day M-F) (30min Break and a 15min break included)

Responsibilities

As a Credit Repair Dispute Specialist, you will manage disputes from start to finish, including:

Online Bureau Disputes

Submitting disputes directly through:

----------

----------

Communicating with credit bureau customer service when needed

Working with client-provided logins and security codes to submit disputes inside online portals

Complaint & Report Management

Filing and managing:

CFPB complaints

BBB complaints

FTC identity theft reports

Uploading and managing supporting documentation through online portals

Handling LexisNexis disputes

Daily Workflow

Following company SOPs precisely

Maintaining accuracy, compliance, and organization

Completing a minimum of 7 to 8 dispute cases per day


ALL Requirements

Proven experience in credit repair disputing

Mandatory experience with online bureau portals

Experience filing CFPB, BBB, FTC, and LexisNexis disputes

Very fluent English, written and spoken

Strong attention to detail and organization

Reliable internet connection

Ability to work independently and meet daily production goals

Strong work ethic and accountability

Team-oriented mindset

Strongly Preferred (May Affect Hiring Decision)

Experience using DisputeFox

Experience using GoHighLevel

Applicants without DisputeFox or GoHighLevel experience may not be considered.
