Social Media Manager/ Editor (Reels/TikTok)

## Role
Run a vlog-style Instagram account first, then gradually support business-related short videos.
You’ll handle day-to-day planning/editing/posting while we provide direction, references, and final approval.

## Core tasks
- Weekly content plan (simple calendar + hooks).
- Benchmark research: find strong reels, explain why they work, propose adaptations.
- Short-form editing (9:16): clean cuts, pacing, captions/subtitles, basic motion/zoom, audio leveling.
- Posting + light ops: upload, captions if needed, basic performance notes.

## Screening questions (answer all).
You don’t need to have every skill for the questions below—if you don’t know something, that’s totally fine. But please answer honestly.


1) Portfolio (3–5 links): For each link, write what your role was(planning / editing / posting).

2) Editing tools + level: CapCut/Premiere/AE/etc. + your level (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced) with portofolio

3) Editing workflow: Your step-by-step process when you receive raw clips. Do you use any additional tools? Can you edit the videos like reference videos?

4) Do you have experience with warming up accounts? If you have share me the accounts.

6) Virality knowledge: Have you studied how to make short videos go viral (hooks, retention, rewatch, shares)? Briefly explain + share 1 example analysis.

7) AI usage: Rate 0–10 and list what you use AI for (ideas, scripts, hooks, captions, subtitles, translation, etc.).

8) AI experience: Share 1 real example (what you generated + how you edited it before posting).

9) Automation tools: Have you used Claude Code, n8n, Zapier, or Make? If yes, what did you build (one sentence each).

10) K-pop familiarity: Rate 0–10 + 2–3 examples of K-pop-related content you edited/managed (links if possible).

11) Skin retouch editing: Have you done skin-tone correction / skin cleanup (beauty retouch)? Tools used + 1–2 examples (or exact steps).

12) Website (one sentence): Can you design and publish a simple landing page? If yes, what tools/stack?

13) if your face is later blurred or you wear a ski mask, are you open to film and appear in the videos?(This is just a question, not mandatory)

14) Have you used heygen or ai generated tools?
