I am the founder of VB Digital Agency. I’m not looking for just another freelancer; I’m looking for a technical partner who understands that big things start small, but grow fast.

The Vision: Right now, we are in the building phase. This means I don't need you full-time yet, but I need you to be sharp and ready. As I go out and close deals, the workload will increase. More clients means more work for you, but it also means a massive jump in your income.

I am looking for someone who wants to grow from a part-time technician into my full-time Lead GHL Engineer as we scale.

The Deal:

Fixed Retainer: $250 per month to cover system maintenance, setup, and being available as my technical backbone.

Performance Bonus: $75 for EVERY client we successfully onboard.

The Math: When we hit 10 clients, that’s an extra $750 on top of your retainer. When we hit 20, you do the math. Your income is directly tied to our success.

What you will be doing:

Setting up and optimizing GHL Snapshots for local businesses.

Building automated workflows (Missed Call Text Back, Lead Nurturing).

Ensuring the technical side is flawless so I can focus 100% on sales.

Proactively suggesting ways to make our systems better and more efficient.

Who I am looking for:

A GoHighLevel Expert who is tired of boring fixed-salary jobs and wants to be rewarded for performance.

Someone who is okay with starting part-time and scaling up to full-time as the agency grows.

A proactive problem-solver. You don't ask what to do; you show me what you've fixed.
