HEllo Full-Time Chat-Based Client Support & Sales Closer (Hourly + Commission)
We are hiring a dedicated, energetic Virtual Assistant for a full-time role focused on client communication and driving sales through chat.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily client chats – respond quickly, build trust, answer questions
Provide top-notch customer support and handle objections professionally
Follow up with warm leads and actively close sales/upsells (full training provided)
Track interactions, update CRM/notes, and report daily progress

Schedule & Commitment:

Full-time: 40+ hours/week (fixed schedule, US or similar timezone alignment preferred)
Long-term position with growth potential

Compensation:

Base pay: $2–$3 per hour to start (depending on experience and interview)
Uncapped commission on every sale/upsell you personally close – great earning potential for strong performers!
Performance reviews every 1–3 months: base rate increases possible (up to higher hourly + bigger commissions) as you prove results and take on more responsibility

This is a commission-heavy opportunity – the harder you work and the more you sell, the more you earn (many in similar roles scale up significantly over time).
