About the Role

I’m building a video advertising and personal content business focused on short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and AI-assisted workflows.

I’m looking for a motivated, reliable Virtual Assistant who wants to learn while working and grow alongside a business from the ground up.

This is an apprenticeship-style role:
You’ll be paid for your time and trained in skills that are in high demand worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Assisting with short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Posting and organizing content across platforms
• Supporting video ads and content workflows
• Using AI tools for:
• Content ideas
• Captions and scripts
• Research and organization
• Light admin / VA support as needed

Paid Training Included
• Access to a $2,000 USD video + AI training program
• Hands-on application of what you learn on real projects
• Ongoing guidance and support
• Potential access to additional AI tools and memberships in the future

Important:
Some of the paid training includes live, hands-on sessions over an 8-week period, offered at varying times. Flexibility and availability to attend these sessions live is required.

Training time is paid.

Starting Pay & Growth
• Starting rate: $3.50 USD per hour
• Part-time, flexible schedule
• Pay increases possible as:
• Skills improve
• Responsibilities increase
• Business grows

• Basic familiarity with social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Willingness to learn and follow systems
• Reliable communication
• Comfortable using online tools

• Google Flow (very strong bonus)

• AI avatars or cloning
• Short-form video editing
• AI-assisted content creation

Beginner experience is absolutely fine.
