I’m hiring an appointment setter to help generate leads for my production company.

I run Nash Creative House ( ---------- ), a photo/video production company that works with conferences, corporate events, and organizations across the U.S.
We produce photo/video coverage for conferences with typical project values between $4,000–$15,000.

Your role is simple:
Start conversations ? qualify leads ? book calls on my calendar.


What You’ll Be Doing
• Research conferences and events happening in U.S. cities
• Send personalized DMs and emails (minimum 50/week) using our scripts
• Follow up consistently until you get a response
• Qualify interest and gather basic info
• Book meetings directly onto my calendar
While we have a script, this is not a spam role. You will be expected to think, personalize messages, and communicate professionally.

Pay
Commission Only — 10% per closed deal
Typical project size: $4,000–$15,000
Typical commission: $400–$1,500 per booking
You get paid when a deal closes from a meeting you booked.
One good month can outperform most fixed-salary VA roles.

Ideal Candidate
I’m looking for someone who:
• Writes naturally in English (not only using ChatGPT)
• Is persistent and organized
• Understands professional tone in business communication
• Can follow systems but also think independently
• Is motivated by performance-based income
Sales experience is helpful but not required.

This Role Is NOT for You If:
• You only copy/paste templates without thinking
• You wait for instructions instead of taking initiative
• You are uncomfortable messaging business professionals
