WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Build and maintain features end-to-end:
React/Next.js UI
Supabase database + queries + security policies (RLS)
API routes/edge functions where appropriate
Deploy via Vercel and troubleshoot production issues
PWA work:
Installability, caching/offline basics, performance
If needed: support a PWA wrapper workflow (tell us what you’ve used)
Integrate services:
Stripe billing flows
Auth0 authentication flows (where applicable)
PostHog event tracking + Sentry error reporting
Work collaboratively (we do a lot of live building + accountability on Zoom)
WORK STYLE / COMMUNICATION
We work with frequent live sessions on Zoom

Expect some overlap with US Eastern time (Virginia).
Preferred: 2–4 hours overlap on most weekdays.
We run simple operating rhythms:
Daily check-ins (quick priorities + blockers) [1]

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Strong React skills + real production experience
Can work confidently with Supabase/Postgres fundamentals
GitHub workflow comfort (branches, PRs, code reviews)
Can communicate clearly in English (written + Zoom)
You verify AI-generated code (Cursor) and don’t ship sloppy output
BIG PLUS
You are a Cursor power user and can explain your workflow
PWA experience (service workers, caching strategies)
Stripe integration experience
Auth0 experience
Analytics instrumentation (PostHog) and debugging (Sentry)
Any vector DB / embeddings / RAG implementation experience
COMPENSATION / BUDGET (PLEASE READ)
We are a startup, and our budget for this role is:

Up to $700 USD/month
This is best suited for:
Part-time (recommended), OR
A strong junior-to-mid developer who wants long-term growth
When applying, propose one of these:

Option A: 20 hours/week within budget
Option B: 30 hours/week within budget
