Overview
We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to produce high-performing video ads and creative content.
You will work closely with our team to create short-form and long-form videos for paid advertising and digital platforms such as
This role is ideal for someone who can create video ads from scratch, not just edit. You should be comfortable using AI tools to turn a product image, basic idea, or short brief into a complete video ad.
What You’ll Be Doing
Edit short-form and long-form videos (ads, UGC-style content, creatives, and other formats)
Create full video ads from zero, using AI tools and creative thinking
Transform product images and simple concepts into engaging video ads
Follow scripts and briefs while adding strong creative execution
Capture attention within the first 1–3 seconds with strong hooks
Produce multiple variations (hooks, pacing, captions, endings)
Add captions, text animations, sound effects, music, and voiceovers
Generate voiceovers using ElevenLabs when required
Use AI tools to speed up production while maintaining quality
Adapt edits based on feedback and performance insights
Creative & AI Capabilities (Very Important)
Ability to create video ads from scratch using AI, not only edit existing footage
Comfortable generating full creatives from:
A product image
A basic idea or concept
A short written brief
Use AI tools to:
Generate visuals and video assets
Create hooks and ad variations
Produce voiceovers and captions
Strong understanding of what makes video ads perform (structure, pacing, hooks, messaging)

Requirements
Proven experience as a Video Editor (paid ads experience is a big plus)
Ability to follow instructions while adding creative value
Strong understanding of short-form and long-form video content
Good communication skills and ability to ask questions when something is unclear
Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
