Role Summary:
You'll be our "behind-the-scenes" operational backbone—managing project checklists, coordinating shipments, maintaining databases, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You'll work directly with our founder (retired Navy officer, serial entrepreneur) ,who values precision and autonomous execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project checklists and quality control processes
Coordinate international logistics and secure communications
Maintain detailed records and partner databases
Troubleshoot technical issues remotely
Track project metrics and prepare status reports
Scale operations as ministry partnerships grow
Requirements:
Faith: Committed evangelical Christian with a heart for missions
Personality: Detail-obsessed "finisher" who loves organization and systems (ISFJ/ISTJ MBTI; High S/High C DISC profile)
Experience: 2+ years of project coordination or operations management
Skills: Comfortable with basic technology, databases, and learning new software
