**Job Description**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for sourcing fully furnished vacation and corporate rental listings. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate research and a solid understanding of short-term rental regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough searches on Zillow and other platforms for fully furnished vacation and corporate rental listings.
- Filter and identify properties that have been on the market for 6 months or longer.
- Verify the legality of short-term rentals in the respective areas by researching local laws and regulations.
- Compile a list of potential properties with relevant details, including location, pricing, and legal status.
- Provide regular updates and reports on progress and findings.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Familiarity with platforms like Zillow and others used for lead generation in the rental market.
- Understanding of short-term rental regulations and compliance in Florida.
- Strong research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in sourcing leads for Airbnb, vacation rentals, or corporate rentals.
