JOB OVERVIEW

We operate and scale multiple fashion ecommerce dropshipping brands on Shopify, promoted organically on TikTok.

Our brands are growing fast, and as traffic increases, small improvements in conversion rate and AOV make a significant difference in overall revenue.

Due to growth, we are strengthening our website performance with a CRO-focused Shopify specialist responsible for continuously improving our stores through testing and execution.

This role is execution-focused, data-driven, and long-term.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for owning and improving website conversion performance across our Shopify stores.

This is not a design role and not a marketing strategy role.
Your focus is implementation, testing, and optimization.

You will work closely with our email marketer to ensure website offers and structure support ongoing campaigns and promotions.

Your responsibilities include:

-Auditing Shopify stores to identify conversion bottlenecks
-Implementing a fashion-optimized Shopify theme and improving site structure
-Optimizing key pages:
-Homepage
-Collection pages
-Product pages
-Cart and checkout

-Implementing and testing:
-upsells
-bundles
-cross-sells

-Running A/B tests or structured comparisons (themes, layouts, offers, modules)
-Improving clarity, trust, speed, and user flow
-Ensuring on-site offers align with email campaigns and promotions
-Executing website changes and ideas provided by the founder and testing their impact
-Tracking conversion-related metrics and reporting results

This role requires attention to detail, structured thinking, and comfort with experimentation.

REQUIREMENTS (IMPORTANT)

You should have:

-Strong hands-on experience working with Shopify stores
-Experience implementing and modifying paid Shopify themes
-Practical experience with conversion rate optimization (not theory only)
-Experience optimizing product pages, carts, and checkout flows
-Experience implementing upsells, bundles, or cross-sells
-Familiarity with Shopify apps related to CRO and AOV
-Ability to run and evaluate A/B tests or controlled comparisons
-Basic HTML / CSS knowledge (JavaScript is a plus)
-Ability to work independently and follow a testing roadmap
-Strong communication and documentation skills

We are looking for someone methodical, curious, and focused on measurable improvements.

-Hourly rate: 7 – 8 USD/hour (based on experience)
