JOB OVERVIEW

Operations & Growth Coordinator
StressKnotNYC — Remote | Full-Time

This is not a typical admin role.
We’re looking for a high-ownership operator who can manage fulfillment AND help grow the business when things are quiet.
You will be the bridge between clients, therapists, and revenue.

When bookings are active, you focus on fulfillment.
When things slow down, you switch into growth mode.

StressKnotNYC is a premium in-home massage and wellness company serving New York City and surrounding areas. We connect high-quality clients with elite licensed therapists and are rapidly scaling.

We are building a strong operations engine and need someone who can help us run daily operations while also helping us grow.


Your job is simple:
Make sure every client gets taken care of
Make sure therapists are supported
Help bring in more therapists + more clients when things are slow

This role is:
Operations + Recruitment + Outreach + Revenue Support

Primary Responsibilities
1) Fulfillment (Top Priority)

When bookings are active, this comes first.
Answer calls, texts, and emails from clients
Coordinate and schedule massage sessions
Match clients with available therapists
Confirm appointments
Send reminders to clients and therapists
Handle reschedules and cancellations
Support therapists
Follow up with clients after sessions
Request reviews and referrals
You are the control center of daily operations.

2) Therapist Recruitment (When Fulfillment Is Slow)

When inquiries are quiet, switch to building the therapist pipeline.

Source licensed massage therapists
Screen candidates
Schedule interviews
Follow up with applicants
Track candidate pipeline
Help onboard new therapists

Goal: Always keep the therapist bench growing.

3) Business Outreach (When Fulfillment Is Slow)

Help bring in corporate and local business opportunities.
Reach out to local businesses
Send emails and make outreach calls
Track responses
Set meetings for leadership

Goal: Build relationships that turn into revenue.

4) Client Reactivation (When Fulfillment Is Slow)

Help generate income from past clients.
Reach out to past clients
Send follow-up emails/texts
Check in and encourage rebooking
Promote new services and availability

Goal: Turn old clients into repeat clients.
