About us

We build high-end WordPress websites that function as sales systems - not just pretty pages. Our sites are fast, conversion-focused, SEO-ready, and built to scale. We work with serious clients and expect serious execution.

The role

You will take ownership of website production from brief to launch. This includes building pages, improving copy, implementing conversion logic, handling multilingual setups, and delivering polished, high-performance WordPress sites.

This is a production role, not a design playground.

## Core responsibilities

# Build WordPress websites using Astra + Gutenberg (Elementor when justified)
# Translate briefs into clean site structures
# Improve and refine English copy for clarity and conversion
# Implement CTAs, contact forms, and basic funnels
# Build and manage multilingual sites (WPML or Polylang)
# Ensure strong mobile performance and page speed
# QA before delivery (responsiveness, links, forms, basics SEO)

** Required skills

* Strong WordPress experience (3+ years)
* Astra theme system mastery
* Gutenberg-first mindset
* Elementor experience (used selectively)
* Solid HTML/CSS fundamentals
* Performance awareness (Core Web Vitals basics)
* Confident written English
* Conversion-focused thinking
* Experience with multilingual WordPress sites

Nice to have
SEO fundamentals, CRO awareness, Hosting knowledge, Figma ? WordPress experience
