As an Appointment Outreach Specialist, you will:
Reach out to painting contractors
Start conversations using proven scripts
Qualify prospects based on clear criteria
Book qualified appointments directly onto my calendar
You will not:
Pitch on calls
Close deals
Handle fulfillment
Your success is measured by qualified booked appointments.

Send outbound messages to painting contractors via:
Facebook
Instagram
LinkedIn
Email
SMS
Follow up consistently until a clear outcome (booked or disqualified)
Ask qualification questions exactly as written
Book qualified painters directly onto my calendar
Update CRM records accurately
Track daily outreach and booking numbers
Work from scripts and improve them over time (with feedback)
? Requirements
Strong written English (clear and professional)
Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-ups
Experience with lead generation or appointment setting
Familiar with CRM systems and calendar booking
Can follow scripts and frameworks exactly
Consistent, disciplined, and reliable
Not emotional about rejection or non-responses
