ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a full-time, hands-on Social Media Manager to help manage multiple U.S. brands.

You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across Instagram,
This is a serious, long-term position with the possibility of future growth within the company— not a side gig.
Salary: $1,000-$1,100/month (Paid Weekly – $250 every Monday after productivity review)
Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST (New York Time)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week – Full Time
Tracker: Time Doctor Required
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, design, and schedule daily content (reels, posts, stories)
Create visuals using Canva and short videos using CapCut
Manage engagement (comments, replies, DMs)
Report weekly analytics and key performance metrics
Support paid campaigns and cross-platform promotions
Maintain a consistent brand tone and creative direction
WORK REQUIREMENTS & ACCOUNTABILITY
This role is for serious, full-time professionals only.
You will be required to work to get paid — every hour must be productive and verifiable.
MANDATORY:
Time tracking with Time Doctor (screenshots, activity, and hours are reviewed daily by our accountant)
Work Hours: 8 hours per day in between 6am to 5pm window (New York Time)
Minimum 40 hours per week
Fast, stable internet connection
Quiet, private workspace — no background noise or interruptions
Must attend daily Zoom video check-ins (camera on) and be available for phone calls and real-time communication during work hours.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience managing social media for brands (preferably U.S. clients)
Strong English communication & writing skills
Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Metricool, or similar tools
Organized, reliable, and responsive
Honest, self-motivated, and results-oriented
