Social Media & Content Assistant (Lifestyle / Art Brand)

I am looking for a committed and proactive person to help me grow Senso di Terra, a creative and sensory Mediterranean-inspired lifestyle brand.
The project is in an early but active stage:
Social media channels are live
In-person creative experiences (art & brunch) are already running
The brand is registered
The goal is to launch our own wellness and decoration products (candles, aromas, shower tablets, etc.) before the end of the year
I need real, hands-on support across several areas:
Brand & Content
Adapt and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
Maintain brand tone, aesthetics and consistency
Schedule posts and support content ideation
Important: All final content will be published in Spanish (translations will be done with AI + guidelines)
Marketing & Growth
Support organic growth strategies (engagement, interaction, following relevant profiles)
Basic support with paid ads (Meta Ads) when needed
Simple performance tracking and reporting
Web & IT (basic/intermediate level)
Support with WordPress / WooCommerce (no complex development required)
Help prepare the website for future ecommerce
Organize content and products
Mid-term Vision
Help prepare the launch of physical products
Support the transition from a creative brand to a commercial one

I am not looking for an agency or someone doing isolated tasks.
I am looking for someone who wants to grow with the project.
