JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

Japan Exotics is an Osaka-based luxury and performance vehicle export firm. We connect the Japanese domestic market with high-net-worth (HNW) buyers across the Middle East, the United States, Australia, and Europe.

Our role goes far beyond listing vehicles online. We focus on physical verification, compliant export execution, and clear, transparent communication at every stage of the process. To support this, we are looking for a long-term Social Media Operator to manage our Instagram presence end-to-end.

Important Note:
This is an execution-focused role. Strategy, scripts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are provided. We are looking for someone who enjoys operating within a clear framework and maintaining a consistent, high-trust brand presence.

?

Who This Role Is Best Suited For
• Performance-Car Enthusiasts – You genuinely enjoy cars and understand distinctions such as a 720S vs. a 765LT, as well as JDM culture.
• Process-Driven Operators – You are comfortable following step-by-step workflows and understand the value of consistency.
• Detail-Oriented Editors – You care about clean subtitles, accurate framing, and polished color grading.
• Professional Communicators – You can engage with affluent clients in a calm, polished, concierge-style tone.

?

What You Will Do (Daily Responsibilities)

1. Video Editing & Content Protection

We provide raw 4K footage from our Osaka office, Japanese dealerships, and ports.
• Edit 5 high-quality Instagram Reels per week (9:16) using CapCut
• Carefully review and “clean” all footage by blurring sensitive details (dealer business cards, shop signage, Japanese license plates) to protect supplier relationships
• Publish 5–15 Instagram Story frames daily covering processes, FAQs, and inspections

2. High-Trust Account Management
• Maintain a consistent premium boutique aesthetic across the feed
• Organize and update Instagram Highlights (Osaka HQ, The Process, Verified Inspections)
• Monitor comments and respond professionally, guiding conversations toward DMs where appropriate

3. Lead Qualification & DM Handling (“The Osaka Wall”)
• Respond to 100% of DMs within 30–60 minutes during business hours
• Follow provided scripts closely (no quoting exact prices, sharing VINs, or negotiating via DMs)
• Help identify serious buyers by confirming destination port, budget range, and timeline
• Pass qualified leads to WhatsApp for the Founder to complete the sale

?

Requirements
• English Proficiency: Excellent written English with a professional tone
• Software Skills: CapCut (advanced), Canva (advanced), basic Lightroom for color correction
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and mask sensitive background information in media
• Reliability: Long-term availability, 6–8 hours per day, with consistent responsiveness
• Automotive Interest: Strong familiarity with vehicle specifications.

?

Work Details
• Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
• Compensation: USD $800–$1,200/month (based on experience and efficiency)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6–8 hours/day (light monitoring on Saturdays)
• Trial Period: 7-day paid trial for shortlisted candidates

?

This Role May Not Be the Right Fit If
• You prefer experimenting with new marketing strategies rather than executing existing ones
• You have little interest in cars or automotive culture
• You operate as an agency rather than an individual
• You find structured SOPs restrictive rather than helpful

?

How to Apply (Required)
