WordPress Website Designer & Content Creator (SEO + ChatGPT)

We are looking for a full-time WordPress Website Designer to build, grow, and maintain our company website on our own domain.

This role is NOT a one-off project.
This is a long-term position where you are empowered to turn our website into a knowledge hub, traffic engine, and lead-generation asset.

If you enjoy using ChatGPT, understand SEO, and like seeing your work compound over time — this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Website & Design

Design and build a clean, professional WordPress website

Upload and manage the site on our existing domain

Improve layout, images, and user experience over time

Generate or edit images using ChatGPT / AI tools where needed

Content & Copywriting

Write and publish simple daily articles (cleaning tips, household hacks, guides)

Rewrite and polish copy using ChatGPT (you must know how to prompt well)

Post:

Cleaning tips & useful household tricks

Articles about our past cleaning projects

Helpful “how-to” and educational content

Keep content clear, useful, and human (not spammy)

SEO (Very Important)

Optimize articles for SEO (on-page SEO, headings, keywords, internal linking)

Structure content so Google sees our website as a go-to knowledge hub

Goal: organic traffic, return readers, long-term rankings

Communication & Alignment

Send regular progress updates via WhatsApp

Attend 2 Zoom meetings per week to align on direction and priorities

Suggest ideas proactively — you are not just following instructions

Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

Strong experience with WordPress

Comfortable using ChatGPT for:

Writing articles

Improving copy

Generating content ideas

Editing images or working with AI-generated visuals

Good understanding of basic SEO (you don’t need to be an expert, but you must understand why we’re doing this)

Able to work independently and consistently

Long-term mindset (this is not a short gig)
