We are seeking a detail-oriented administrator to transfer and organise property management data from an existing CRM system into Arthur Property Management CRM. The role requires accurate data entry, tenancy setup, property compliance tracking, and financial record creation to ensure all records are complete and ready for operational use.
Key Responsibilities
• Transfer client, tenant, landlord, and property information from the current CRM into the Arthur system.
• Correctly link tenants, landlords, and clients to the relevant properties.
• Create and set up tenancies within the new CRM.
• Upload and organise all required UK property compliance certificates, ensuring each property meets “ready-to-let” requirements (e.g., EPC, Gas Safety, EICR, etc.).
• Set up and categorise property cost debit entries in the accounting section, including:
• Plumbing expenses
• Electrical work
• Letting/management fees
• Maintenance and repair costs
• Appliance purchase and repair costs
• Legal fees
• Insurance costs
• Other property-related operational expenses as required
• Verify data accuracy and ensure all property records are complete and compliant.
• Identify any missing documents or inconsistencies and report them.
