We are a B2B SaaS company building a security platform for mid-market organizations. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus 100% on outbound lead generation and demo booking.
This is not a closing role. Your success is measured by qualified demos booked, not
You will work directly with the founder and follow a clear ICP, messaging, and qualification process.
What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)
* Identify and research target companies and decision-makers based on a defined ICP
* Execute outbound campaigns using:
* Cold
* LinkedIn outreach
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads using a clear checklist
* Book qualified demos directly onto the founder’s calendar
* Maintain accurate CRM records (leads, notes, statuses)
* Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects
What You Will NOT Do
* Close deals
* Negotiate pricing
* Create marketing strategy
* Write messaging from scratch
Scripts, ICP definition, and training will be provided.
Who This Role Is For

* Have 1–3 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience
* Have worked with SaaS or technology products
* Are comfortable reaching out to:

* IT leaders

* Are process-driven and goal-oriented

Required Skills & Experience
* Strong written and spoken English
* Experience with outbound sales or appointment setting
* Familiarity with tools such as:
* LinkedIn
* CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, or similar)

* Ability to follow scripts and qualification criteria
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

* Experience selling or supporting:

* Experience working with US, UK, or EU prospects

Compensation
* Base salary: USD $600 per month (depending on experience)
* Performance commission:
* $50 per qualified demo booked with successful show-ups
* Paid trial period (7–14 days)
This is a results-based role with clear KPIs and growth potential.
Working Hours
* Flexible schedule
* Some overlap with US or EU business hours preferred
* Output matters more than hours worked
