Role Overview
The Website Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for keeping all client and internal websites accurate, updated, optimized, and conversion-ready. This role is not about redesigning websites—it’s about maintaining performance, consistency, and reliability.
You are the person who ensures:
Nothing breaks
Nothing goes outdated
Nothing sits unfinished
Core Responsibilities
Website Maintenance & Updates
Publish and update blog content (content provided)
Upload and format blog cover images and graphics
Update copy, CTAs, pages, and links as requested
Perform routine site health checks (desktop + mobile)
Performance & Quality Control
Conduct regular audits for broken links, errors, and outdated content
Ensure sites remain fast, responsive, and mobile-friendly
Verify tracking, forms, and CTAs are functioning correctly
Ad & Marketing Support
Create and update landing pages for ads and campaigns
Ensure ad pages align with conversion and tracking requirements
Coordinate updates tied to marketing launches or promotions
Organization & Reporting
Maintain a clear log of website changes and updates
Complete weekly or EOD website status reports
Communicate issues, risks, or delays proactively
What You’re NOT Responsible For
Designing websites from scratch
Writing long-form content
Running ad campaigns
Strategy decisions (those are provided)
Execution and consistency are the priority.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of website platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
Comfort with basic HTML/CSS and CMS tools
Attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
Ability to follow SOPs and checklists
Clear communication and reliability
Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)
Experience supporting ad landing pages
Familiarity with SEO basics
Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment
Understanding of analytics or conversion tracking
