Luxury Hub and Pure Green are fast growing UK based property companies managing over £20m in assets and securing £30m in investment funding for future developments.

We operate at the intersection of property, technology, performance marketing and social impact, delivering modern estate agency and lettings services across the UK.

We are expanding our Philippines based team and are hiring a Marketing Executive for a long term, full time role focused on execution, performance and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who is tech savvy, design aware, comfortable with AI and happy to be hands on across content, SEO, email, website updates and automation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Marketing and Campaign Execution

• Execute weekly and monthly marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Manage and maintain marketing action lists and content calendars
• Create marketing assets, posts and supporting materials
• Research trends, competitors and opportunities across social platforms

Paid Advertising

• Assist with Meta Ads and Google Display campaigns
• Create ad creatives, hooks, captions and visuals
• Monitor CPL, CTR and conversions
• Suggest and apply optimisations

SEO, GEO and Website Updates

• Support basic SEO and GEO tasks including on page optimisation, content updates and metadata
• Carry out basic website updates such as CMS edits, landing pages and content changes
• Work with the team to improve website performance and conversion

AI, Automation and Continuous Improvement

• Use AI tools daily to generate content ideas, captions, scripts, designs and workflows
• Identify opportunities to automate or improve marketing processes using AI
• Continuously look for ways to work smarter and faster


Email Campaigns, CRM and Reporting

• Support email campaigns, outbound emailing and basic automations
• Maintain and update CRM records
• Track leads, campaigns and sources
• Support basic marketing performance reporting

Brand and Quality Control

• Maintain strict brand consistency
• Continuously improve output quality across all channels

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are skills first, not CV first.

You should have:

• Design Experience in a design tool.  InDesign or Adobe Photoshop, Canva.
• Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, content creation, SEO or paid ads
• Strong Canva skills and a good design eye
• Ability to edit short form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Confidence using AI tools daily
• Comfort working with website backends or CMS and learning new tools quickly
• Strong written English
• A proactive, improvement focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Availability to work UK hours from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT
• No other full time job or full time study commitments

A portfolio or examples of previous work is required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• PHP 318 to 330 per hour based on skills and portfolio
• Bi weekly pay
• Paid time off
• KPI based performance bonuses of up to PHP 35 per hour extra
• Annual performance and pay review

Guaranteed pay security
If we do not provide enough work, you will still be paid for at least 75 percent of your contracted hours.

As the company grows, we plan to introduce:

• Thirteenth month pay
• Fourteenth month performance bonus after three years
• Bonus days off every 80 hours worked after probation
• Health stipend of up to PHP 2,000 per month after two years
• Increased leave credits

• Company loan options after two years
