Junior Virtual Assistant – Apparel Production

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Virtual Assistant to support our apparel production and sourcing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who wants to learn how garments are developed and produced, working closely with factories and internal teams to help keep samples and timelines organized.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in tracking sample status (proto, fit, PP, TOP, AD)

Help update WIP and production tracking sheets

Follow up with factories on sample updates and basic questions

Organize tech packs, specs, and comments

Assist with sample shipments and documentation

Support the team with status updates and meeting notes

Requirements

Interest in fashion, apparel, or manufacturing

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good written English (Chinese is a plus, but not required)

Organized, responsive, and comfortable following instructions

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and email

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Apparel, fashion, or textile education

Internship or assistant experience in production or sourcing

Familiarity with overseas factories or supply chains
