Meta Ads & GoHighLevel Service Delivery

Role Overview

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to fully handle service delivery for my marketing agency.

Your role is to execute: setting up Meta ads, GoHighLevel automations, and funnels for client sub-accounts once a deal is closed.

This is not a strategy or client-facing role.
I handle sales and strategy — you handle execution.

If you’re organized, technical, and can follow SOPs without hand-holding, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Create and set up Meta ad accounts (if needed)

Install and verify Meta Pixel

Create campaigns, ad sets, and ads from provided templates

Upload creatives and copy exactly as instructed

Set up conversion events and basic tracking

Ensure campaigns are live, compliant, and error-free

GoHighLevel (GHL)

Set up client sub-accounts

Build funnels (landing pages, forms, surveys)

Configure calendars and pipelines

Create and connect automations (SMS, email, voicemail drops)

Set up webhooks, triggers, and workflows

Connect domains, tracking, and integrations

Test everything end-to-end before handoff

General Service Delivery

Follow SOPs for each client setup

Keep accounts clean, structured, and organized

Flag issues or errors immediately

Ensure fast turnaround (24–48 hours per setup)

Update task status once work is complete

Requirements

Experience with Meta Ads Manager

Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel

Familiar with funnels, automations, and CRM logic

Ability to follow instructions precisely

Strong attention to detail

Reliable internet and consistent availability

English reading comprehension (writing doesn’t need to be perfect)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience working with marketing agencies

Understanding of lead generation for home services (remodeling, roofing, etc.)

Experience with ---------- or webhooks

Pay & Hours

$6–9/hour to start

10–20 hours/week (can increase over time)
