Insurance Tech Automation Manager – Philippines
$8-$11/hour | Full-Time | Philippines Day Shift
Weer Insurance Group (Chicago, IL) is hiring a full-time Tech Automation & Systems Manager to own our tech stack and eliminate technical bottlenecks.
The Role
Company: Weer Insurance Group – Independent commercial insurance agency (contractors, trucking, restaurants)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Philippines time (6 PM - 3 AM US Central, previous day)
Work Style: Async-first with weekly live meeting. Work gets done while you sleep, you review results each morning.
Pay: $8-11/hour based on experience
Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Growth: Clear path to $11-$13/hour within 12-18 months
What You'll Do
Your Mission: The CEO spends zero time troubleshooting tech issues. Automations run flawlessly. Leads never get lost.
-Automation & Systems (40%): Build and monitor Zapier workflows, optimize Agency Zoom/EZLynx integrations, eliminate manual data entry
-Lead Tracking & Analytics (25%): Track lead sources, build conversion dashboards, monitor ROI by marketing channel
-Social Media (15%): Create 2-3 posts/week using Canva + SocialPilot, maintain content calendar, track engagement
-Proactive Problem-Solving (5%): Spot inefficiencies and fix them before being asked
Success in 90 Days: CEO troubleshooting time = 0 hours. You're suggesting system improvements he hasn't thought of yet.
Who We Want
Required Experience:
-3+ years automation/CRM experience (Zapier, Make, API integrations)
-GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation platforms
-Social media management (content creation, scheduling, analytics)
-Strong written English and proactive problem-solving mindset
-Reliable infrastructure: 10+ Mbps internet, backup connection, UPS
Highly Preferred (Not Required):
-US insurance agency experience (Agency Zoom, EZLynx, AMS360, Applied Epic)
-GoHighLevel certification or advanced automation credentials
-Experience with lead tracking and marketing analytics tools
-API integration and webhook experience
Note: Insurance experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We value automation expertise and the ability to learn quickly over industry background.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Rate (Based on Experience):

Automation + insurance experience $9/hour $10/hour $11/hour
Senior expert + certifications $10/hour $11/hour $12/hour
Long-Term Growth Path:
-Year 2-3: $11-$13/hour (automation team lead)
-Year 4-5: $13-$15/hour (managing 2-3 VAs, strategic systems oversight)
