About Us
Horseshoe Housing provides fully furnished apartments for short- and medium-term stays through Airbnb and VRBO. As we scale, we’re looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional to strengthen communication with prospective clients and current guests.
This role is ideal for individuals with formal legal training who excel at structured thinking, clear communication, and problem-solving in fast-moving environments.
Schedule
10 hours/day, 6 days/week (60 hours/week)

What You’ll Do
Lead outreach: Email and call warm leads provided to you, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.


Issue coordination: Work with our internal team to resolve guest and operational issues efficiently and thoroughly.


Monthly reporting: Maintain revenue trackers and prepare end-of-month summaries, KPIs, and performance reports.



Ideal Background
We are not looking for prior Airbnb or hospitality experience.
This role is strongly suited for:
Lawyers, law graduates, or candidates with formal legal education


Individuals trained in analytical reasoning, structured documentation, and professional communication


Requirements
Completed degree (law degree or legal studies strongly preferred)


Exceptional English (written and spoken)


Advanced Excel proficiency (this will be tested live via screen share)


Functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP


Strong judgment, accountability, and attention to detail
