About the Role

We are an established luxury bridal hair and makeup company operating across London, Ibiza, and international destinations. We are now looking for an experienced, highly organised PA / VA to support the founder and wider business operations.

This role can be structured in one of two ways:
• One all-rounder covering PA/EA, admin, bookings, and social media
OR
• Two separate roles
• PA / EA (admin, diary, client liaison)
• Social Media & Marketing Assistant

You must be confident working remotely, have excellent written English, and be comfortable handling clients in a luxury, wedding-focused business.

Key Responsibilities

PA / EA & Admin Duties

• Managing inboxes, WhatsApp, and client communications
• Liaising with brides, wedding planners, and venues
• Managing bookings, calendars, and appointments
• Sending quotes, invoices, contracts, and confirmations
• Updating booking systems and spreadsheets
• Supporting the founder with diary management and day-to-day tasks
• General admin and business support

Social Media & Marketing (if applicable)

• Managing Instagram and TikTok accounts
• Posting content, captions, and stories
• Engaging with DMs and enquiries
• Supporting content ideas, launches, and offers
• Assisting with basic marketing strategies and brand growth
• Repurposing content and organising assets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PA, EA, VA, or similar role
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organised and proactive
• Confident communicating with clients professionally
• Experience in social media management (Instagram/TikTok preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Wedding, beauty, or luxury brand experience is a bonus
