We're looking for an e-commerce video editor who specializes in AI-powered UGC creation and short-form ads that convert.
Core requirements:

- Create hyper-realistic AI UGC videos that look and feel authentic
- Master AI generative voices that sound completely natural
- Hook viewers in the first 1–3 seconds
- Understand marketing psychology (social proof, credibility, authority, objections)
- Edit clean, effective videos without over-editing

AI skills are MANDATORY:

- Generate extremely realistic AI avatars/UGC that pass as real testimonials
- AI voice-over with natural, human-like delivery
- Voice cloning to replace or tweak words in existing videos
- Remove text or unwanted elements from videos using AI tools
- Create simple variations from winning concepts using AI

Content sourcing:
You should know how to find and leverage strong content (real UGC, testimonials, reviews, competitor ads, TikTok trends) and enhance or recreate them using AI for maximum impact.

Essential:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in e-commerce specifically (do not apply otherwise)
- Ability to edit fast and understand what makes an ad convert
