Agency Project Manager (ClickUp Setup)

We’re a performance marketing agency hiring a hands-on Project Manager to organise our operations inside ClickUp. We also use GHL, Slack and Google Drive.

Your role

Build and structure our ClickUp workspace
Create workflows for onboarding and service delivery (ads, creative, email, web, CRM)
Set task ownership, deadlines, automations, and templates
Coordinate team tasks and keep projects moving
Train the team and ensure they actually use the system

Requirements
Proven experience setting up ClickUp for an agency (essential)
Strong organisation and accountability
Understands marketing/ads workflows
Takes ownership and solves problems independently
