Short-Form Video VA (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)

We’re hiring ONE full-time VA to:
• Clip long-form videos into short viral clips
• Add burned-in captions and strong hooks
• Write short captions with CTA
• Post 4–6 clips per day (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)

Requirements
• Experience editing short-form content
• Understands hooks (first 1–3 seconds)
• Can follow systems exactly
• Fast turnaround, no excuses

Pay
$500-800/month
Long-term role. Performance bonuses available.
