Video Editor and Photo Editor for Social Media and Ads

I run an e commerce brand and I am looking for a skilled video editor and photo editor to turn raw photos and video clips into high quality social media content and paid ads.

I will upload folders of raw videos and photos to Google Drive. Your job is to turn those assets into scroll stopping short form videos and polished images for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, and website use.

This is ongoing work, not a one time project.

Responsibilities
• Edit short form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Create multiple ad variations from the same raw footage
• Add captions, text overlays, hooks, and light motion graphics
• Structure videos for strong pacing and retention
• Edit photos for ads, website, and social media
• Resize and crop content for different platforms
• Follow creative direction and reference examples
• Organize and export final files cleanly

Requirements
• Experience editing short form social content
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and visual storytelling
• Content should feel native to TikTok and Instagram
• Experience with ads is a big plus
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
