Customer Service Coordinator (Part Time)

We are a premium Australian wellness brand selling saunas and ice baths.
This role is focused only on existing customers who have already placed an order. You will not handle new enquiries or sales. All new enquiries are managed internally.
This is a very light workload, however we value fast, calm, and professional communication and are happy to pay for you to fully manage the inbox.
Responsibilities
• Respond to emails and WhatsApp messages from existing customers
• Acknowledge enquiries promptly
• Provide order, delivery, and installation updates using information we supply
• Follow up internally for clarification when needed
• Keep customers informed until resolution
