Part-Time Sales & Client Support Virtual Assistant

We’re The Haus Keepers, a fast-growing home cleaning concierge company based in Colorado, USA. We’re looking for a Part-Time Sales & Client Support Virtual Assistant to help us grow.

In this role, you’ll support our lead sales VA by handling incoming leads, following up with warm prospects, and closing sales, as well as assisting with client follow-ups and weekend inquiries. You’ll play a key role in making sure every lead and client gets a fast, warm, and professional response and that no opportunities are missed.

Responsibilities

* Respond quickly to incoming leads via phone, chat, and text.
* Follow up with warm leads and guide them toward booking services.
* Confidently handle basic objections (pricing, scheduling, urgency).
* Follow up with clients after cleanings to check satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
* Cover after-hours and weekend inquiries so nothing slips.
* Support the lead VA by taking on overflow tasks.
* Keep detailed notes in GoHighLevel CRM.

Requirements

* Excellent written and spoken English (clear, friendly, and confident).
* Sales or customer service experience required (phone or chat sales a plus).
* Comfortable guiding clients through booking and handling objections.
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* Reliable computer, internet connection, and backup power.
* Availability to work Saturdays & Sundays 8am-5pm MST and 8am-12pm Mondays with opportunity to grow into full-time over time

Pay & Growth

Starting pay: $400/month
