Job Description — AI Viral Reel Copy / Generation (Part-Time)

I’m hiring a highly switched-on Virtual Assistant to help grow and scale AI-based social media accounts (AI girls) into real audiences and profitable private platforms.

This role is not basic editing and not casual work.

Your job is to understand why short-form content goes viral, translate those patterns into AI-generated reels using photos, and write copy that maximizes retention and conversions.

You’ll be working directly with me and my systems.

What you’ll be doing

Analyzing viral Instagram/TikTok reels to identify hooks, pacing, emotional triggers, and structure

Translating viral ideas into AI-ready shot concepts using still images

Writing scroll-stopping hooks, captions, and CTAs that fit a defined AI persona

Assisting with AI reel creation workflows (training and software provided)

Improving realism, retention, and believability of AI-generated content

Following a daily production schedule with consistency
