URGENT HIRING – REAL ESTATE VIDEO EDITOR

We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Video Editor to work with us on a project-based basis, with the opportunity to move into a monthly retainer or full-time role as volume grows.

This role is execution-focused. You will be editing real estate walkthrough and promotional property videos using clear references, instructions, and feedback.

22Vision is an Australian-founded creative studio working with real estate brands, agencies, and businesses across Australia. We focus on clean, modern, high-performing video content with strong systems, fast turnaround times, and clear communication.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Editing real estate walkthrough and property promotion videos
- Clean cuts, pacing, stabilisation, and light speed ramps
- Basic colour correction and consistency across clips
- Music syncing and professional flow
- Following references and feedback precisely
- Delivering edits within 24–48 hours

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Proven experience editing real estate videos
- Portfolio with real estate editing samples
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow references
- Reliable internet and consistent availability

Nice to Have:
- Experience working with agencies or overseas clients
- Familiarity with Australian / Western real estate styles
- Basic motion graphics (titles, lower thirds)

Pay & Structure:
- Project-based at the start (paid per video)
- Opportunity for monthly retainer or full-time role later
- Competitive pay based on experience and performance
