Contract Web Developer (Project-Based)

Dispenza has quickly become one of the largest marketing agencies in the rapidly-growing emerging market of cannabis as it quickly legalizes state by state in the Americas. As the market matures, we are on a mission to help change how the market operates, leaving the more questionable activities done by current market leaders and emerge as the first marketing agency and platform that values our customers while simultaneously delivering business-changing results to our clients.

JOB OVERVIEW
We’re hiring contract web developers for ongoing project-based website builds / conversions (typically 5–10 pages per site). This is not a full-time role - work is assigned per project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build pages in WordPress using Elementor / Elementor Pro (page builder experience required)
- Build pages in SGEN using its page builder (Elementor-like)
- Convert existing sites/designs into clean, responsive page builds (Figma/PSD/reference site ? live pages)
- Basic setup + polish: mobile responsiveness, spacing/typography consistency, speed-minded builds

TEAM COLLABORATION
- Working alongside project managers to complete tasks as part of the team’s development process.
- Participating in team meetings to discuss project progress and suggest new tools or techniques.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong portfolio of live sites (page-build focused)
- Comfortable learning a new builder quickly (SGEN builder is similar to Elementor)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, deadline-driven
- Clear communication (quick updates, asks good questions)

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- WP builders: WPBakery, Divi (Elementor is primary)
- ACF, CPT, basic theme/plugin troubleshooting
- Shopify ? WordPress migrations or landing page builds

COMPENSATION
Project-based pay (per site / per batch of pages).

SCHEDULE
- 8 hour shift, Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Manila Time.
- Minimal overtime during weekdays and weekends will be expected as part of salary
