About the Role:
We are looking for an assertive, detail-oriented Project Manager to act as the "Air Traffic Controller" of the agency.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the client journey from "Closed/Won" to "Website Launch."
You will serve as the bridge between the client and our internal production team (Design, Dev, SEO), ensuring timelines are compressed and assets are collected relentlessly.
Your goal is simple but demanding: deliver a world-class restoration website in under 30 days while making the client feel guided, secure, and updated every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Speed to Launch: Drive every project from onboarding to launch in under 30–45 days. Eliminate "client drag" by proactively chasing assets rather than waiting for them.
Asset Collection: Secure the "Emergency Water Damage Restoration Pack" (photos, certifications, reviews) within 7 days of deposit. You must be comfortable pushing busy General Contractors to get what we need.
Quality Assurance (The Gatekeeper): Rigorously perform the Website Quality Assurance Checklist. You are the final line of defense—zero broken links, "dummy text," or mobile issues should ever slip through to the client presentation.
Client Communication: Own the "Friday Morning Update." Ensure 100% of active clients receive a status update every Friday, no exceptions. Translate technical jargon (DNS, Hosting) into simple business language.
Team Collaboration: Manage the
Launch & Testimonials: Lead the Launch Call with high energy to resell the client on the finished product. Secure a recorded Zoom Video Testimonial on the launch call (Target: >50% of clients).
Skills & Tools Required:
Assertive Diplomacy: Capable of pushing a busy contractor to send photos without being rude. You know how to be "annoying" in a way that the client respects to get the job done.
Meticulous Eye: You spot a typo in a hero header from a mile away. You are obsessive about Quality Assurance.
Tech-Fluency: You don't need to be a coder, but you must understand the difference between a domain registrar and a DNS record.
Tool Proficiency: You are a wizard with
Process-Oriented: You don't "wing it." You follow the 7-Phase SOP religiously to ensure consistency and avoid chaos later in the build.
Compensation:
This is a performance-based role designed to reward efficiency and ownership.
Pay Structure: $1,000 per managed website launch (Estimated 15 hours + 5 hours buffer = ~$50/hr).
Potential: $4,500 per month ($54,000/year) as you scale to full capacity (approx. 20 hours/week).
Note: Hours may vary initially during the onboarding phase.
