JOB OVERVIEW

We run a fast-growing eCommerce dropshipping business with multiple stores worldwide and are looking for a long-term Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
This role follows clear SOPs and workflows. Accuracy, consistency, and professionalism are essential.

Must-Have Experience
* Gorgias (support helpdesk)
* Shopify
* Slack
* DeepL
* Fluent English (written & verbal)
* Minimum 2 years customer support experience

Responsibilities
* Respond to customer emails (refunds, tracking, FAQs)
* Handle complaints and refund reporting
* Maintain a maximum 4-hour response time (ETA)
* Ensure consistent, accurate, and professional communication

Requirements
* Organized, detail-oriented, reliable
* Available for weekly team calls
* Available 40 hours/week (no other full-time job)
* Can start immediately
