Website & Mobile App Designer

I'm looking for a designer who can design websites and mobile apps using Figma. I'm not looking for a new one. I'm looking for someone experienced who can do all the wireframes and high-fidelity designs, including all the screens, fast. This is for an app development studio that develops apps in-house. There will be multiple projects you will be working on. Other designs will be needed, such as icons, app screen images, and app assets.

I need someone who can work US daytime hours. When submitting applications, submit all original Figma designs. Only send me your best ones. We are a small studio, and we need to work fast. There are opportunities for bonuses for hitting revenue milestones per project. Hiring fast, 1 Google Meet call.

Design style: modern, fun, trendy. Nothing corporate.
