Appointment Setter & Lead Qualifier

We are a fast-growing, multiple six-figure tutoring company based in Michigan, USA. While we provide academic support across multiple subjects (Math, English, Science, Foreign Languages), SAT prep is our primary focus and core offering.

Due to continued growth in demand for our SAT programs, we are expanding our team and hiring an additional full-time member to support our increasing volume of inbound SAT leads. Although most of our clients are local to Michigan, we proudly serve families across the U.S.

The Role
You will call warm parent leads who opted in through our SAT-focused Facebook ads and scheduled a 5-minute SAT Accelerator callback. Your primary responsibility is simple and focused:

Have a short, professional phone conversation with parents and secure a 30-minute SAT Skills Assessment via Zoom with one of our SAT Specialists.

• Average call duration: 4–6 minutes.
• Calls are made using the WAVV power dialer in GHL (GoHighLevel), creating a fast, seamless workflow.
• You are not responsible for closing sales or enrolling families into the program.

All calls are made by following a detailed, step-by-step script that we provide. This role rewards clear delivery, confidence, and consistency, not improvisation.

Core Responsibilities
• Call warm SAT-focused parent leads who have already requested information or a callback.
• Use the WAVV power dialer to efficiently move through scheduled callbacks.
• Follow a detailed call script to ensure consistent, professional conversations.
• Build rapport with parents while staying structured and on-script.
• Gather key student background information (grade, testing history, goals).
• Confidently answer common questions using approved SAT talking points.
• Book qualified leads for Zoom appointments with our SAT Specialists.
• Follow up with previously contacted or missed-call leads.
• Accurately track call outcomes, notes, and lead status/disposition in our CRM (GoHighLevel).

Performance Expectations
• Expected pace after ramp-up: 16–24 qualified Zoom bookings per day.
• Consistent adherence to scripts and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail when documenting calls.
• Ability to stay composed, persuasive, and efficient on short (4–6 minute) calls.

What We’re Looking For
• Excellent spoken English (clear, fluent, confident; neutral or native-level accent).
• Prior experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or phone-based customer interaction.
• Comfortable following scripts while sounding natural and conversational.
• Strong rapport-building skills with parents.
• Coachable, reliable, and performance-driven.

Technical & Environment Requirements
• Laptop or desktop with at least 16 GB RAM.
• High-speed, stable internet (backup connection preferred).
• Quiet, professional workspace.
• Noise-canceling headset.
• Ability to work Michigan / EST hours (40 hours per week).
• Backup power or contingency plan for outages (strongly preferred).

IMPORTANT: Please apply only if you already have a second monitor or are willing to set one up within your first 7 days. A dual-monitor setup is essential for this role.

Compensation & Benefits
* 100% remote.
* Paid every Friday.

Weekly Payment Structure
Note: Compensation is earned only for qualified Zoom show-up and is calculated weekly as follows:
* 1 through 50: $5 per qualified Zoom show-up
* 51 through 60: $6 per qualified Zoom show-up
* 61 and above: $7 per qualified Zoom show-up
* 80 and above: A one-time $50 bonus each week
