Job Description:
We are seeking an individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment, demonstrates enthusiasm, and takes initiative. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions are essential. The ideal candidate should be organized and capable of enhancing our existing systems.

The Photo Editor is responsible for selecting, editing, and enhancing images. This role ensures that all visual content is high quality, visually compelling, and aligned with the organization’s creative direction. The Photo Editor works closely with photographers.

Responsibilities:
*Review, select, and edit photographs to ensure quality, composition, and consistency with brand guidelines.
*Perform color correction, retouching, cropping, and image enhancement using photo editing software.
*Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is a must. A solid understanding of various editing techniques and tools available in these programs is expected.
*Effective communication and collaboration with photographers and the scheduling team are crucial. The candidate will closely work with them to comprehend clients' specific requirements, ensuring that the final images align with their vision.
*Management and prioritization of a substantial volume of images within tight deadlines is a key responsibility. The candidate should employ efficient workflows and demonstrate strong time management skills to complete editing tasks punctually.
*A keen eye for detail is indispensable in identifying and rectifying imperfections or inconsistencies in the images.
*Maintenance of an organized file structure and the use of proper naming conventions for edited images are critical. This facilitates easy access, retrieval, and sharing of files with both clients and tea ---------- mbers.
*Timely and effective response to clients' revision requests is vital for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Proficient in Photoshop and Lightroom
Exposure blending
Luminosity masks
Layer masking
Color correction and grading
Sky replacement
Virtual dusk
Virtual Staging


Shift1: 12am-9pm EST; Monday - Friday
