This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, thrives in data, and understands how to drive wholesale growth through smart merchandising, account optimization, and retailer relationships.

Role Overview

The Digital Wholesale Manager will own the performance and day-to-day management of our Faire wholesale channel, ensuring it is optimized, growing, and aligned with our brand, inventory, and financial goals. You will work cross-functionally with merchandising, inventory planning, marketing, and leadership to drive profitable wholesale growth.

Optimize storefront, collections, pricing, assortments, and promotions

Manage product uploads, descriptions, photography, and merchandising strategy

Monitor and improve conversion, reorder rates, and retailer engagement

Wholesale Growth & Strategy

Develop and execute strategies to grow wholesale revenue and active retailer accounts

Analyze sales performance, reorder behavior, and category trends

Identify opportunities for new product launches, bundles, and exclusives for wholesale

Coordinate Faire promotions, campaigns, and marketplace opportunities

Retailer Relationships & Operations

Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound wholesale retailers via Faire

Respond to retailer inquiries promptly and professionally

Partner with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment, timelines, and inventory alignment

Track and report on wholesale KPIs, forecasting needs, and risks

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with merchandising and inventory planning to ensure wholesale demand is supported

Align with marketing on product storytelling and seasonal positioning

Provide leadership with regular reporting and insights on wholesale performance

Qualifications

Proven experience managing Faire or other digital wholesale platforms

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action

Experience in wholesale, retail buying, merchandising, or sales operations (DTC + wholesale a plus)

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes

Clear communicator who can explain performance and priorities to non-technical teammates

Experience in fashion, accessories, or consumer goods strongly preferred
