We are looking for a top-tier graphic designer to join a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand in the health niche.
This is not a beginner role.
We work at speed, test aggressively, and expect a high level of taste, execution, and attention to detail. If you don’t consider yourself among the best in your field, this role is likely not the right fit.
You will be responsible for producing high-converting creatives for Meta Ads, working closely with our creative strategist and media buyers. The workflow involves creating multiple batches of ad creatives every week, testing different hooks, angles, and visual concepts.
We value designers who understand performance marketing, not just aesthetics. The goal is not only to design something that looks good—but something that stops the scroll and converts.
• Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta (static images, carousels, simple motion graphics)
• Translate creative briefs into strong visual concepts quickly
• Produce multiple variations and iterations for testing
• Apply feedback and revisions efficiently
• Maintain consistent visual quality across large creative batches
• Research competitor ads and winning creative formats
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, Photoshop AI, etc.) at an expert level to generate, refine, and scale high-converting visuals
• Combine AI-generated assets with professional design skills to create original, polished, conversion-focused creatives
• Continuously explore new AI workflows and creative automation techniques to increase production speed and output quality
