Video editing and Social Media managment

I am in the US and my practice is in the Financial Services area.
I am exploring creating a dynamic marketing and educational Youtube channel around the financial subjects we share.
I am looking for someone who has experience in using AI to create amazing scripts, where I could create raw video here and send to a video editor who make it into many pieces of content both in short and long form.

In addition, to post it on the various platforms and manage the responses with the main goal to lead them to booking a time on my calendar for a one on one conversation.

I want someone to manage the entire social media program. It is important the visual is professional and a high level of quality. I also want someone who can work independently and is very creative in sharing ideas and possibilities with me.
