Google Business Profile Optimization Sprint - Medicare Insurance Agency (1-Week Project)

This is a 7-day sprint project to rapidly optimize our Google Business Profile and test if we work well together.
We're a Medicare insurance agency in Florida (Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco counties). We need our GBP transformed from inactive to optimized and posting-ready—FAST.
If you crush this sprint, we'll immediately offer ongoing work (GBP management + lead research, 20-30 hrs/week).

Project Scope: 7 Days
Day 1-2: Audit & Optimize

Audit current GBP listing(s), flag any duplicates
Optimize business description (we provide compliance-approved copy)
Add all service areas (4 FL counties)
Upload 10 photos minimum (office, team, service area—we provide or you source stock)
Set up Q&A section with 6 common Medicare questions (we approve answers)
Deliverable: Optimization checklist completed, before/after screenshots

Day 3-5: Content Creation

Create 6 GBP posts ready to publish

Topics: AEP deadlines, turning-65 checklist, Medicare basics, local senior resources
We provide topic list + compliance rules


Design 3 simple Canva graphics (or use stock images)
Deliverable: 6 posts drafted in Google Doc for approval

Day 6: Launch & Templates

Publish first 2 approved posts
Create 30-day content calendar (post topics + schedule)
Write 3 review response templates (positive, negative, neutral)
Deliverable: Posts live, calendar + templates in shared folder

Day 7: Report & Handoff

Pull baseline insights (if available—may be limited data)
Document what was done + recommendations for next 90 days
Record 5-min Loom walkthrough of GBP setup
Deliverable: Final report + handoff video

? Proven GBP experience (show 1-2 profiles you've managed—must have examples)
