SEO Content Planner (2+ Years of Experience as SEO Content Planner for Agencies)

We’re looking for an experienced Full-time SEO Content Planner to join our growing digital marketing agency specializing in health and wellness brands. This role will serve as the central owner of monthly content planning and quality control across a large portfolio of clients and will evolve into a key leadership position within our SEO team.

What You’ll Do

-Build and manage monthly SEO content plans for 150+ clients
-Translate SEO strategy and search intent into clear content roadmaps
-Supervise and guide content writers to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with SEO goals
-Perform quality control on all SEO content before publication (structure, intent, tone, accuracy)
-Ensure content meets health and wellness industry standards and best practices

Requirements

-2+ years of experience in SEO content planning or SEO content management
(agency experience strongly preferred)
-Strong understanding of search intent, on-page SEO, and content structure
-Experience working with health, wellness, or medical content is a plus
-Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing high content volume
-Quick learner, coachable, and open to ongoing training
-Ability to overlap with EST business hours
