About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled AI Model & Influencer Account Executive to help build and grow a portfolio of realistic AI-generated influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.

This role blends content creation, AI prompting expertise, influencer strategy, and social media growth. You will be responsible for developing AI-generated models, producing realistic visual and video content, and executing strategies to grow engagement and followers.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage realistic AI influencer personas and model portfolios

Generate high-quality AI content including:

Photorealistic images

Realistic video clips

Natural poses, expressions, lifestyle scenes

Build consistent content pipelines for Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat

Develop a follower growth and engagement strategy

Write and optimize prompts across multiple AI tools for best results

Edit and enhance AI-generated videos using professional software

Stay current with new AI video/image tools and influencer trends

Assist in brand positioning, aesthetic development, and content planning

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with AI content generation tools such as:

Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E

Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Synthesia, or similar

Advanced prompt engineering skills (must be fluent in multiple prompt styles)

Ability to create realistic human visuals and influencer-style content

Experience growing social accounts and understanding platform algorithms

Familiarity with short-form content trends, hooks, and storytelling

Skilled in video editing programs (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)

Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently

Bonus Qualifications

Experience building AI influencers or virtual creators from scratch

Knowledge of branding, influencer marketing, or talent management

Experience with Snapchat Spotlight and TikTok growth strategies

Ability to produce content that looks indistinguishable from real-life creators
